Withers Thomas are the longest-established Estate Agents and surveyors in Ware. We are a broad based general practise, dealing in all aspects of residential and commercial agency with related professional matters. The practise has always been heavily biased towards commercial property but has also always maintained a wide range of professional services. We carry out valuation inspections for many major lenders and a number of building societies. In addition, we value for private house builders for their relocation/part exchange programmes. We are also the instructed surveyors for Harlow Town Council, Circle Anglia and Stevenage Homes for their 'Right-to-Buy' valuations.
